In an attempt to keep the Torero as accurate as possible we have used as many original components as is financially viable. Obviously you as the builder/buyer can decide to use as many or as few genuine Lamborghini components as you wish but the following list of genuine items would be considered 'normal' for most builds:
Rear brake lights
Rear turn lights
Numberplate lights
Front side/turn lights
Side repeaters
Headlights
All emblems (including wheel centre caps)
Internal door release handles
External door handles and locks
Ignition barrel & keys
Steering column rubber gaitor & surrounds
Indicator and wiper stalks
Wiper arm
Mirror glasses
Dashboard air vents
Additional genuine parts that some customers may wish to add could be:
Steering wheel
Gearknob
Climate control panel
Centre panel switching block
Seats
Rear glove boxes
Glass surround trim
Parts which have been carefully replicated by Parallel Designs (aside from the main exterior body panels) include:
Rear main grill
Rear radiator grills
Side mirror housings
Wheels
Dashboard
Centre console
Door cards
Internal door sills
Centre console radio/switching/aircon panel
All gauges and warning lights
Facia panel for gauges
All glass
Our aim and attention to detail is such that it should be difficult to tell the difference between a factory-built Torero and the genuine car both inside and out. Only the engine should really give the game away. We have even carefully designed the exhaust system tailpipes to not only look original from the outside but to also give the best sound possible from the Rover V8 engine. We at Parallel Designs are proud that we are pushing the limits of replica design and construction to the maximum in an effort to retain our market leadership.
